Breakfast
Bowl of Porridge + Honey - 180 cals
Lunch:
Carrot sticks, yogurt, raisins - 151 cals
Dinner
5 cherry tomatoes, 2 mushrooms and an egg white all fried with 1 cal spray - 41 cals
Binged
Had a bowl of Oats and More cereal - 221 cals
Overall 592 calories so not too bad!
Going to get off now and go do sit ups, leg lifts and a few runs up and down the stairs.
630 Calories today.
Pretty happy with that considering I had a full day of school along with drama rehearsals and maths grinds (extra maths classes).
Also tried grapefruit for the first time and I really liked it so I’ll be having it again for my school lunch tomorrow along with a packet of raisins or something.
Going to get my homework done now and then do sit ups or go for a walk or both!
Perhaps hair-cut...
